Contract Service

- Preventive Maintenance Contract (PMC) -

• Regular visit as per service schedule that confirmed by customer.

• Carry out periodic servicing according to manufacturer guideline including parts/filters and lubes (PM service kits) based on agreement.

• Regular machine inspection, parts recommendation & repair quotation.

- Manpower Contract Agreement (MCA) -

• Stand by Mechanics at customer location to carry out routine service, repair and regular inspection at agreed working time (labor base).

• Provide Repair & Parts quotation upon technical inspection (optional).

• On site quick maintenance service is to boosting equipment performance.

- Full Maintenance Contract (FMC) -

• Stand by Mechanic at customer location to carry regular inspection, periodical service, minor repair, remove and install (R&I) of scheduled components overhaul.

• Stand by Storeman to manage consumable-fastmoving parts/filters, critical parts, and specific components based on contract agreement.

• Optionally provide on-site Maintenance Planner including to implement back-log management to enhance a higher equipment uptime (equipment’s availability and productivity).

Recondition Overhaul Services

- Component Rebuild -

• Overhauling small - middle components such Hydraulic Pump, Water Pump, Fuel Injection Pump, Starting Motor.

• Overhauling major components such Engine, Transmission, Gear Box, Diff Axle, Hydraulic Cylinders (reconditioned Electric Drive motor provided by principal).

• The components overhaul facility is available at nearest branches that align with scheduled component overhaul program by customers as to minimize downtime and keep up machine productivity.

- Fully Machine Recondition - Refurbishment -

• Fully machine general recondition is a comprehensive overhaul that the quality and performance to be tested according to manufacturer standard to enable customer in extending components lifetime with cost-effective maintenance which will be to our mutual benefit.
